Contest regulation:

1. How to enter 

No purchase necessary. To enter: 

(i) entrants must complete a school review on TheGreenboards.com; and

(ii) entrants must have attended an educational institution in Canada or in the United States of America within five (5) years of leaving their review. 

Entrants will receive one entry per review. SCHAW INC. does not accept entries by any other means. 

This contest is intended for TheGreenboards.com members and will be interpreted according to Canadian law. The contest prizes will be drawn every (2) weeks, from June 24, until August 7, 2022. 

2. The prize 

There will be 3 (three) prizes awarded every two weeks until August 7, 2022. Each winner will receive the following prize:

• One (1) Starbucks gift-certificate of $ 10 (ten) Canadian Dollars for residents of Canada, or $10 American Dollars for residents of the United States of America. 

The gift certificate must be redeemed only in stores located in Canada or in the United States of America.

The prize will be sent by email to the winner. For this reason, the participant is the sole responsible for giving a correct and valid email address to the platform, to be able to redeem the prize.

Prize must be accepted as awarded, is not transferable and cannot be exchanged with SCHAW INC. for cash. If winner is unable to accept the Prize for any reason, Prize will be forfeited and no substitute prize will be provided. No telephone contact or correspondence will be entered into except with the winning entrant. SCHAW INC. reserves the right to substitute the prize which is, in their sole opinion, a prize of equivalent value and/or to terminate or withdraw this contest at any time. The chances of winning are dependent upon the total number of eligible entries received.

3. Eligibility 

To be eligible to enter and to win a prize, entrants must have submitted an entry during the contest period. This contest is open to all residents in Canada and in the United States of America, who have reached the age of majority according to the laws of the Province or State where they reside. 

4. The draw 

A random draw for all prizes will take place by a SCHAW INC. representative on or about July 9, July 24 and August 8, 2022 (after 12:00 pm EST). The selected entrants will be notified by email within four business days of the draw by a SCHAW INC. fulfillment partner. If the selected entrants cannot be reached within five (5)

business days, or if the selected entrants do not meet all of the contest rules, another entrant will be selected from the remaining eligible entries. To win the prize, the selected entrants must correctly answer, unaided, the review questionnaire, and register a correct and valid email address at TheGreenboards.com platform in order to be contacted by Schaw Inc. The winning entrants of the prize automatically agree with the Contest Rules and releasing SCHAW INC. and its directors, officers, partnership interest holders, representatives, advertising and promotional agencies from any and all liability arising out of, pursuant to, or as a result of the carrying out of the contest including liability arising from the acceptance of and usage of the prizes as awarded. Failure to comply with the Contest Rules will result in disqualification and another entry will be drawn to pass the prize to another contestant.

5. Entries

For the purpose of this contest reviews will be considered to be entries. All entries become the property of SCHAW INC. SCHAW INC. assumes no responsibility for lost, stolen, delayed, damaged or misdirected entries or for any failure of the website, for any problems or technical malfunction of any computer online systems, servers, access providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any e- mail or entry to be received by SCHAW INC. on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website, or any combination thereof including any injury or damage to an entrant's or any other person's computer related to or resulting from this contest. SCHAW INC. reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to change, cancel or suspend this contest should a virus, bug or other cause beyond the reasonable control of SCHAW INC. and its advertising and promotional agencies, corrupt the security or proper administration of the contest or for any other reason. Entries are subject to verification and will be declared invalid if they are illegible, mechanically reproduced, mutilated, forged, falsified, altered, or tampered with or unlawful in any way. Entries submitted by unauthorized means or by spamming will be disqualified. In the event that it has been determined that an entry has been made in a manner not sanctioned by these rules and/or an entrant has submitted more than the number of entries permitted by these rules, the entrant and all of his/her entries will be disqualified. Entrants agree to abide by the contest rules and the decisions of the contest judges, which are final. This contest is subject to all applicable laws and regulations. 

6. Privacy

7. Other
